I received another kind review of my chapbook, The Commonplace Misfortunes of Everyday Plants (Belle Point Press), in the Front Porch Republic.
Dan Ratelle writes, “The everyday metaphors she employs aren’t there to process her own grief but serve as a meeting place for those of us who walk dully along. These griefs are not without the hope of reconciliation, though.”
You can check out the rest of the review HERE.
And if you would like to hear some of the poems yourself, January 17th I am giving a free reading over zoom to kick off the chapbook’s release. You can also buy a copy at Belle Point Press.
